Meet Steph, the Mother & creator of Of Earth & Fire!
Bio & Details for offering coming soon (because I have been avoiding writing my bio because HOW does one describe themselves in a teeny tiny blurb? HA) -

With 20 years experience coaching and mentoring women of all ages, Natalie's serves as quantum cheerleader who holds her sisters in the highest vision of what they truly are in their highest timeline until they rise to meet themselves there. She marks these shifts with simple yet powerful ceremony and celebration that leaves the participants transformed.
Working with the generative frequencies of thought, word and belief, Natalie gently uncovers the necessary shifts in perception of the stories and themes of one’s life that are the foundation of how they have shaped their identity and helps to re-imagine the story so they can live a new reality into being.
She operates on the premise that ""we are more than we perceive ourselves to be"" and once we remember the truth of our power that comes from Source, then we can trust and surrender to The Divine Will to guide our journey in the full remembrance of who, what and whose we are. This is when we begin to truly live.
Natalie will have you believing your magic again so you can move through the world embodying your medicine and offering it with ease and abundant reciprocity like you are here to do!
Perception Magic:
Above the entry to the ancient mystery schools were written the words: "KNOW THYSELF". This offering is part workshop, part ceremony and a completely interactive and transformational journey to deeper gnosis, or "self knowledge".
Through storytelling and well-crafted intra-personal inspection exercises, we will look at all the ways we have created masks, the inner surveillance state and survival adaptations in a world that requires our subservience to external authority over our authenticity to what we truly are.
In doing so, we will begin to let go of the false, remember and reclaim the Truth of our purpose here and take sovereign authorship of our life.
"You are the spell, cast your SELF"!! Come home to your own magic waiting to be awakened in your own clarified perception. -

Annie is an artist and a mother. She’s held a life-long passion for creating and seeks to encourage a revelation in every individual that they hold the drive of creation deep within them.
In her adolescence, she sought a deeper connection with her maternal lineage of First Nation ancestry, which were lost due to language & cultural disconnection endured by her grandmother & great-grandmother.
This relearning sparked years of diving into cultural celebration but also an unknown passion to support other women through transitional periods such as pregnancy, birth, postpartum, first moon & moon.
Annie has been honored to expand her knowledge through courses such as Zaagi'idiwin Full Spectrum Indigenous Doula, Sacred Nest Parenting, and Rachelle Garcia Seliga's Physiologic Baby Care, which has broadened her views on the intimate ways that our Indigenous ancestors had honored the mother-baby dyad and how to intentionally bring this knowledge into the present so that this love and care ripples into the next seven generations.
Sky Woman's Journey:
A deep dive journey into the Sky Woman creation story, originally from the First Nations groups of the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) from Toronto/Ottawa region and south of Lake Ontario into New York state.
This story follows the first woman, Sky Woman, who fall from a hole in the sky down below to Earth when it was nothing but vast waters.
Participants will undergo a personal meditative journey, with opportunity to journal and reflect their own birth/creation stories, or the ways in which they have embodied the role of Sky Women in their own earthly journeys.
Participants will create a Tree of Life craft, using red willow, a protective medicine, and handmade Assiniboine River clay beads.
As an 8th generation descendant of Chief Peguis, and his "people of the rapids" of Sault St. Marie, Annie believes this creation story has carried itself across place and time to Manitoba area, to resonate with many across Turtle Island and it is an honor to share with fellow women, to connect with and honor themselves. -

With a fun romp through historic and cultural landscapes, a nod to women’s roles in both dress and fabrication, we will disrobe the poorly assembled suppressions and redress the spirited and connective interplay!
By exploring our childhood dreams and playing with fabric and ‘dress up’ we can reveal and witness the true nature of colour and imagination when supported in a soft velvety container of whimsy!
Using somatic and dynamic theatre approaches we will find the joyful inner child and let them reimagine using colour, texture and cloth. -

Making Sense Of Our Stories:
This workshop encompasses the whole of our journey as women thus far. We will take time to reflect on our life in a guided way to discover what lessons and wisdom lay buried in experiences that stand out. What knowledge did we gain?
What do we still wish to learn or unlearn? We will record our findings to prompting questions and then sift through the answers to discover our hidden gems. These will be transferred to a keepsake to take with us as a reminder of the wisdom we carry within. -

For generations, women were expected to quietly push through symptoms like mood swings,
night sweats, fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and irregular cycles. Menopause was whispered
about—if it was talked about at all. But today, women are rewriting the story.
This is a new era of hormone health, and it starts with knowledge, conversation, and empowerment.
In this transformative and practical session, plant-based nutritionist and women’s health advocate Andrea Katz from Best You Nutrition, breaks down the key hormones that shape everything from energy to metabolism to emotional well-being—especially estrogen, the master hormone influencing hundreds of processes in a woman’s body.
You’ll learn what happens as estrogen rises and falls through your 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond—and why
symptoms arise when it shifts or becomes imbalanced.
Drawing from her transformative Elevate Your Hormonal Health program, she’ll show how food, daily habits, stress, sleep, digestion, and movement influence hormonal players like estrogen, insulin, cortisol, and serotonin.
You’ll learn simple, realistic changes you can start
today to reduce symptoms, improve energy, balance mood, support metabolism, and feel more in control of your body.
Whether you’re navigating peri-menopause, post-menopause, or simply wanting to understand
your body better, this session will help you feel informed, confident, and empowered in your
hormonal health. -

Krista is a Prairie girl, born and raised near Winnipeg, and now lives on a small acreage south of the city with her husband, two children (14 and 12), and beloved family dog.
As a Highly Sensitive Person, she always carried big thoughts and even bigger questions—about the purpose of life, where we come from, and why we’re here on this incredible, life-sustaining planet. Yet, for a long time, the answers she sought remained out of reach.
As life unfolded, Krista graduated from college, settled down with her husband, and began raising their children. Still, those deep questions persisted—
When her youngest was a baby, she received a powerful clairaudient message (a story for another time) that completely altered the course of her life. From that moment, Krista embraced the path of a seeker—driven by a deep thirst for truth and a commitment to becoming a student of Spirit.
Through surrender and trust, she was guided—through a series of remarkable synchronicities—to a local medium who became her first teacher and mentor in the art of mediumship.
Krista’s greatest passion lies in Mediumship and Reiki. For nearly a decade, she’s devoted herself to developing her mediumistic and healing abilities, studying with teachers from around the world (thank you, Zoom!). Beyond her family, this work is the deepest calling of her life. Krista is profoundly honored to connect people with their loved ones in spirit—to serve as the “middle woman” who delivers messages of love, healing, and reassurance from the other side.
Witnessing the relief and peace that comes when someone realizes their loved one is still with them is one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences imaginable.
A Demonstration of Mediumship:
We will begin with an introduction to the world of spirit—exploring the purpose of mediumship, how the connection between worlds unfolds, and how I receive messages from spirit communicators. From there, I will share short, heartfelt readings for some of those present. Each message is a spark of connection, a reminder that love and spirit are ever-present and just a breath away. -

Self love series is a combination of Meditation, Journaling, EFT Tapping and a guidance card reading.
This Session is to share the Self Love tools that I use in the daily or weekly basis to help keep my centers in check. We start off as a group setting an intention and checking in where we are.
I then begin a Meditation then I discuss some things about journaling and we have a good old journal dump. If we are still feeling off I show the eft tapping and the benefits of that and end with pulling a few cards for guidance for that time. -

Sheena comes from a lineage of healers and hands that work the land. Her love for plants started as a young child, feeling drawn to things like dandelions and bull thistle, often questioning why we didn’t allow them to grow.
Her own health crisis later in life had her dig deep into the powerful healing potential of plants, after being abandoned by allopathic care. A few years later Sheena lost my sister to breast cancer, and after watching her try and navigate our healthcare system, only to be abandoned as well, she felt the call to take her love of plant medicine deeper.
As an herbalist and biofeedback practitioner, Sheena blends her love of plants and frequency medicine to bring forth a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Having recently discovered plant alchemy and attuning herbal remedies to astrological signs, it has brought a whole new level of understanding and appreciation to the energetic healing potential of the plants we have been gifted. There is no healing outside the whole; body, mind, and soul.
The Healing Power of Plants:
This workshop will consist of how plants attune and work in the body, different remedies and how to make them at home (and which ones work best in different situations), a quick lesson on common healing herbs people have in their backyards, and then each person can craft a tea to take home.
She will also touch on how to choose which plant is right for you, based on your astrological sign. -

Solange LaBelle is an entrepreneur with over 29 years of marriage to a supportive husband. Together, they are proud parents of two adult sons and reside in Minnedosa, MB.
As a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Solange possesses a profound passion for dance. Her credentials include being a certified group fitness instructor, nutrition coach, Chakradance facilitator, POUND Pro, Zumba instructor, and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master. She seamlessly integrates these modalities into her daily routine, as well as for her clients, to enhance overall well-being.
Solange’s journey into these practices began in her forties, a transformative period during which she recognized the necessity for change after experiencing feelings of emptiness and burnout. Through several sessions with a life coach, she came to understand that she had not been living authentically, having become disconnected from her passions and her true, soul-driven purpose. With the encouragement of family and friends, Solange whole-heartedly embraced her greatest passion: DANCE
Power Animal Journey by Chakradance:
Our workshop focuses on connecting with and dancing alongside our power animal, a concept from Shamanic cultures that suggests everyone has a spirit animal representing unique wisdom and power. Different animals guide us at various life stages. For instance, a dolphin may encourage joy and playfulness, while a deer promotes gentleness.
Participants will embark on a guided journey to meet their current power animal, followed by a dance that merges their energy with that of the animal. This immersive experience allows deeper connection and understanding of the animal's qualities and messages.
The session concludes with journaling for reflection and personal insights. I invite you to bring a blanket, cushion, journal and pen, as well as an eye covering such as an eye mask or scarf. -
